Kids Rule Academy is currently seeking talented, driven, and passionate Early Education Child Care Professionals. As an Early Education Child Care Professional at the Kids Rule Academy you will be given an opportunity to teach our inspired and unique curriculum to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. You will be making a difference in the lives of young children and their families every day.
We are now hiring for our Mequon Center:
- Infant/Toddler Teachers (Full and Part Time)
- Pre-School Teachers (Full and Part Time)
- K-4 Teachers (Full and Part Time)
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree with some early childhood credits, working towards a degree or CDA or licensed approved classes, Childhood Profession Skills, Strategies of the Early Childhood Profession and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddlers
- Must pass Background Check
- At least five years of working experience in a childcare environment
- Have registered certificate with the Wisconsin Registry
- Have current training in CPR, AED and First Aid
- SIDS and SBS Training
- Strong curriculum planning skills
- Class management skills
- Meet the physical demands of EC (lifting at least 40lb.)
- Strong communication skills with children, families and staff
- Must be warm, nurturing and have a love for children
- Have a positive attitude, flexible and professional
- A strong work ethic, organized and a team player
- Health exam and TB test
- Must attend staff meetings and fulfill Continuing Education annual requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood
